	E’ la grande passione per la musica di Zucchero Fornaciari che ha fatto nascere nel 2003 il progetto O.I.&B. (Oro Incenso & Birra). La Tribute Band padovana, capitanata da Christian Garbinato che con una straordinaria somiglianza sia estetica che vocale, rende sicuramente omaggio in maniera convincente al blues dell’artista emiliano. Riuscendo a trasmettere una forte e propria personalità artistica, la Band, si è ricavata una importante nicchia di mercato sia in Italia che in parte dell’Europa, riproducendo i brani più significativi che hanno determinato la grande carriera di Zucchero e grazie ad una particolare scelta, che vuole una show prevalentemente live, si sono riarrangiate alcune parti musicali per favorire un’ espressione che non ha eguali. Dalle ballate blues come “Diamante”, “Così Celeste”, “Dune Mosse” ai ritmi incalzanti di “Diavolo in me”, “Baila” e “Per colpa di chi?”, si delinea uno show dinamico e divertente. Lo spettacolo è molto curato anche dal punto di vista scenico, così da soddisfare un pubblico attento ed i fans più esigenti. Recentemente la Band si è esibita con Zucchero in occasione del raduno internazionale del Fan Club come band ufficiale dell’evento dove oltre al “Maestro” sono intervenuti: Irene Fornaciari, Dodi Battaglia, Fio Zanotti e Maurizio Vandelli. O.I.&B. spesso si avvale di illustri collaborazioni, una su tutte è sicuramente con Lisa Hunt, storica vocalist di Zucchero che anche quest’anno, per il quinto anno consecutivo, sarà impegnata durante il tour estivo. E’ spesso ospite Mario Schilirò, chitarrista di Zucchero e collaboratore nelle produzioni da solista di Christian Garbinato; progetto che viene portato avanti parallelamente all’attività del tributo. Altra importante intuizione della Band, è stata l’introduzione degli archi; violini, viole, violoncelli e contrabbassi si incontrano spesso durante le esibizioni live, sia in formazione “Big Band” (con 30 elementi sul palco); che in quartetto (rigorosamente tutto al femminile). Si può concludere che O.I.&B. è il giusto connubio tra professionalità e divertimento. It was the great passion for Zucchero Fornaciari’s music that lead to the creation of the OI&B (Oro, Incenso & Birra) project in 2003. The Tribute Band, based in Padua, captained by Christian Garbinato who has an extraordinary resemblance with Zucchero, both physically and vocally, pays homage in a convincing manner to the Blues of the Artist from Emilia Romagna, while succeeding in transmitting a strong personal artistic image. The band has created an important niche in the Italian and European markets, reproducing the most significant songs which outline Zucchero’s great career, and thanks to a personal decision to present a mainly “live” show, some musical parts have been rearranged to render an unequalled expression. From the blues ballads like “Diamante”, “Il Volo” and “Dune Mosse” to the insistent rhythms of “Diavolo In Me”, “Baila” and “Con Le Mani” a highly entertaining and dynamic show is presented. Great care has also been taken regarding the scenography and the fidelity to the original sound productions to satisfy the most attentive public and the most demanding fans. Recently, the band performed together with Zucchero on the occasion of the International Zucchero Fan Club Meeting, acting as the official band of the event, where apart from the “Maestro” himself, there were guest performances from Irene Fornaciari, Dodi Battaglia, Fio Zanotti and Maurizio Vandelli. In parallel with the concerts, OI&B are engaged in the production of their own music, which will result in the issue of a single entitled “Here I Am” in the near future. This sees the historic Zucherro backing vocalist, Lisa Hunt, as vocalist, who, since five years ago, is also featured as a guest during the OI&B summer tours.
